Financial Assistance Scheme Policy
ACSJ is committed to support any pupil who requires financial assistance to complete his education in the school. No deserving pupil who qualifies for ACSJ will be denied admission because of financial difficulties.
Pupils may apply for the following financial assistance schemes:
- MOE Financial Assistance Scheme
- ACSJ Financial Assistance Scheme
MOE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME
Eligibility Criteria
Student is a Singapore citizen, and meets one of the following income criteria:
a. The family’s gross household income (GHI) does not exceed $2,750 per month; or
b. The family’s per capita income (PCI) does not exceed $690 per month.
PCI = Monthly Gross Household Income / No. of members in the household

ACSJ FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME
The ACSJ Financial Assistance Scheme offers financial assistance to pupils with financial hardship who fail to qualify for assistance by MOE. The nature of assistance varies depending on the financial position of the applicant.
Approval is on a case-by-case basis. The scheme will be renewed on a yearly basis. More information on the eligibility criteria and application procedure is available from the School Counsellor.
